CLEANLINESS RULES
Members must observe discipline whenever waste disposal is concerned. We must have proper civic sense and discipline ourselves and family members as well as the servants and maids. The managing committee has decided to impose a fine if the member persists in littering the society passage or compound. Although the same had not been implemented because of the renovation and repairs going on in the building the same will now become effective and will be strictly implemented for the benefit of other members. A fine of Rs 500.- will be billed to the member when such incident is brought to their notice. Members are requested to co-operate.
We have instructed the Society cleaner to collect waste from each flat in the morning between 8.00 am and 10.00 am. Please keep the dustbin outside your door only during this time. DO NOT KEEP YOUR DUSTBIN AND WASTE BAGS OUTSIDE YOUR FLAT THE WHOLE DAY. It is a nuisance to your neighbours. Please co-operate.
A cleaning Matrix has been provided by the society for the cleaner which is to be checked by the watchman. Kindly bring to the notice of the society if any area is left unclean.
