PARKING RULES

1. The Car parking space so allotted belongs to the society and ownership rights cannot be transferred to another member.

2. Car parking area cannot be used for any commercial, maintenance, residence for servant or storage of personal/domestic items of the member.

3. The members so allotted will pay monthly parking charges decided by the society from time to time and will be part of the Maintenance bill.

4. Flat owners who will provide their Tenants their allotted car parking shall pay an additional Premium in the monthly parking charges decided by the society from time to time and will be part of the Maintenance bill.

5. Members failing to pay car parking charges for more than 6 months will lose the allotted space and the same would be allotted to the next deserving applicants as decided in the society general body meeting.

6. Parking should be done exactly as advised by the security and members should co-operate with them and not create any embarrassing situation by arguing with the security.

7. Member’s car keys should always be in the society at all times so that the car can be removed in case of emergency or for cleaning the compound. We request you to leave the car keys with the security in the designated car key box. This will enable us to move the car if required.

8. The security-cum-driver is authorized to move the member’s car to facilitate movements of the cars in the compound and so on. In any case the society will not be hold responsible for any inadvertent issue due to this service provided to the members.

9. Similarly member will not demand their right for the parking space as it is society property and is allowed to the member for their convenience. It is wrongful to claim your right on the parking space at any time.

10. A specific space has been allotted of parking for Scooters and Bicycles. Any members parking Scooters would also have to paying parking charges for the same as decided by the society from time to time and will be part of the maintenance bill.

11. Outsiders and visitors will be allowed to park their car in the society compound at the designated Visitor parking space only for a maximum of 12 hour period. Members are requested to co-operate and request their guests to park their car outside the compound if they anticipate a stay of more than 12 hours.

12. The Managing Committee from time to time will have the right to modify these Rules to suit the circumstances prevailing at that time. In any case the rules will be modified to create convenience to the members and if required the same would be passed by calling an EGM of the members.
